Day 1 (Monday):

• 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm – Player Registration/Check-in
• 6:00 pm – 6:15 pm – Warm-up and stretch
• 6:20 pm – 7:00 pm – Ball work
• 7:05 pm – 8:00 pm – Small-sided game play/Match Play/Cool down

Day 2 (Tuesday):

• 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm – Player arrivals
• 6:00 pm – 6:15 pm – Warm-up and stretch
• 6:20 pm – 7:00 pm – Movement off of the ball
• 7:05 pm – 8:00 pm – Small-sided game play/Match play/Cool-down

Day 3 (Wednesday):

• 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm – Player arrivals
• 6:00 pm – 6:15 pm – Warm-up and stretch
• 6:20 pm – 7:00 pm – Shooting excercises
• 7:05 pm – 8:00 pm – Small-sided game play/Games/Cool-down

Day 4 (Thursday):

• 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm – Player arrivals
• 6:00 pm – 6:25 pm – Warm-up and stretch
• 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm – Small-sided games
• 7:05 pm – 8:00 pm – Games

• 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm – Recap of the week
• 7:05 pm – 8:00 pm – Small-sided games/Games/Farewell/Awards
